fashionable, fastest growing suburb of San Jose. Just minutes
away from the bustle and continuous activity found in the city,
Riverside is perched on the gently sloping hillside at the edge
of Central Escazu, where the view, day or night, is spectacular.

That depends greatly upon your activities and interests, but
by speaking to our current residents, we realized there were
two main reasons for choosing Riverside over the competition:
business and pleasure.
Are you engaged in international business? Riverside is perfect
for those engaged in international business because of its close
proximity to the places important to your busy life. The international
airport is about 10 minutes away, providing you easy access
to your business abroad. Most of the important office parks
in Costa Rica are within 5 minutes of Riverside, providing easy
access to local business. The city of San Jose itself is under
5 minutes away, so it is easy to do business there, as well.
Banks, upscale shops, and fine restaurants are just a couple
of minutes away, providing for all of your other needs.
Are you retired or here only for recreation? Riverside is ideal
for you. The airport, again, is minutes away, so trips to and
from air service are brief and worry-free. Your lifestyle is
defined more by wants than needs, though all of your needs are
taken care of within a few blocks. Do you want to head to the
beach for the day? You won’t have to go through San Jose

The Units
We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units at Riverside Condominiums,
as well as penthouses. Each unit is carefully designed to maximize
the impact of the space available, making creative use of curved
walls where appropriate, balconies everywhere possible, and
fine finishes throughout.
The units at Riverside are so unique, so atypical for the traditional
building style in Costa Rica that we have won several awards
for their design. The design has been compared to some of the
modern architecture in Miami.
The units at Riverside are indeed individual works of art, and
for that reason we suggest that you view them personally. While
we catagorize them here by the number of bedrooms, baths, etc.,
they are as individual as the people who inhabit them. Stop
